Best Multichannel recognises seamless integration across online, mobile, marketplace and physical retail.
The Best Multichannel award is one of 10 categories in the first-ever EcomExpo E-Commerce Awards — the Baltic region’s e-commerce awards, judged by an independent jury and announced live on 1 October 2026 in Vilnius. Here is what it rewards, what a strong entry shows, and how to enter.
What the Best Multichannel award rewards
It rewards a genuinely unified customer experience and the systems behind it — not just presence on many channels.
What a strong entry shows
Every entry is scored on the same 100-point rubric — goals & budget, target audience & strategy, creativity & innovation, execution, and results & impact (weighted highest). For Best Multichannel, the jury looks for:
- The channels, and how they connect (inventory, data, fulfilment)
- A unified journey example, e.g. buy online, return in store
- Impact on revenue, retention or efficiency from integration
- The technology and operations stack that enables it
- Consistent brand and service across every channel
One customer journey across channels
Evidence to look for: Show how online and store orders, stock and customer service connect. Use deduplicated order IDs and explain the attribution window.
What needs context: Do not add platform-reported conversions together. Separate channel migration from incremental business growth.
Illustrative example — not an actual entrant: If online reports 120 orders and store reporting includes 30 of those same orders, adding both counts overstates demand. Reconcile the overlap before presenting a total.
Editorial guidance, not additional judging rules. Entries are closed. For an existing submission, follow your confirmation email; do not treat this checklist as an invitation to submit new material. See the published rules or contact the awards team.
Who should enter
Retailers and brands operating and integrating several channels at once.

Questions
Is being on many channels enough to win?+
No — integration is the point. Show how channels share inventory, data and fulfilment to create one experience, and the measurable lift that unification produced.
