What we're looking for in 2027

Real Questions, Real Answers

We don't want sales pitches or product demos. We want talks that answer the questions online stores ask every week, with real numbers and lessons from practitioners who have done the work. Pick one:

01

How do we attract more of the right customers?

People who are likely to buy, rather than just browse.

02

How do we turn more visitors into buyers?

Understanding what stops people from purchasing and how to remove those barriers.

03

How do we acquire customers profitably?

Keeping acquisition costs sustainable as advertising gets more competitive.

04

How do we get customers to buy again?

Building repeat purchases without relying on constant discounts.

05

What should we sell next?

Choosing products, categories, or bundles that customers actually want.

06

How should we price our products?

Balancing conversion, margins, and perceived value.

07

How do we stand out from competitors?

Giving customers a compelling reason to choose us.

08

How much inventory should we hold?

Avoiding both stockouts and cash tied up in slow-moving products.

09

Which marketing efforts actually drive sales?

Knowing where to invest when platforms report conflicting results.

10

What should we focus on next to grow profitably?

Identifying the biggest constraint instead of spreading effort across dozens of initiatives.

Selection Criteria

How We Choose

Every submission is reviewed by our programme committee. Here's what matters most.

1

Relevance & Originality

Is this talk specific to e-commerce? Does it bring a fresh angle, not generic advice available everywhere?

2

Practitioner Over Theorist

We prioritize speakers who have done the work. Show us your results, your data, your real-world experience.

3

Actionable Takeaways

Attendees should leave your session knowing exactly what to do next. Frameworks, checklists, specific tactics.

4

No Sales Pitches

Product demos and vendor presentations are not accepted. Share knowledge, not a pitch deck.
