Best Logistics recognises excellence in delivery, warehousing, returns and last-mile innovation.
The Best Logistics award is one of 10 categories in the first-ever EcomExpo E-Commerce Awards — the Baltic region’s e-commerce awards, judged by an independent jury and announced live on 1 October 2026 in Vilnius. Here is what it rewards, what a strong entry shows, and how to enter.
What the Best Logistics award rewards
It rewards operational improvements customers actually feel — faster, cheaper, greener, or more reliable fulfilment — proven with numbers.
What a strong entry shows
Every entry is scored on the same 100-point rubric — goals & budget, target audience & strategy, creativity & innovation, execution, and results & impact (weighted highest). For Best Logistics, the jury looks for:
- Delivery speed, cost-per-order or on-time rates, before and after
- Returns handling and its effect on cost or satisfaction
- A warehouse or last-mile innovation and its measurable result
- The scale — volumes and markets — the operation handles
- Customer impact (NPS, repeat rate) tied to logistics
A delivery promise backed by orders
Evidence to look for: Define on-time delivery and its denominator. Show order volume, delivery-time distribution, cost per order, damage and failed-delivery rates.
What needs context: Use comparable destinations and service levels. Report peak-period performance separately from the average.
Illustrative example — not an actual entrant: If 950 of 1,000 eligible orders arrive within the promised window, on-time delivery is 95%. State how cancelled orders and customer rescheduling are treated.
Editorial guidance, not additional judging rules. Entries are closed. For an existing submission, follow your confirmation email; do not treat this checklist as an invitation to submit new material. See the published rules or contact the awards team.
Who should enter
Merchants and logistics teams that improved fulfilment with numbers to prove it.
