R. Gucu has been with SEB Bank for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in managing relationships with major corporate clients and leading teams. Rūta started her career in Retail Banking as an Account Manager, then gained experience in Corporate Banking Division, managing various project teams and working regularly with medium-sized and large companies. Her consistent work, dedication and perseverance led her to grow up to become the Head of SME Financing and Advisory Department at SEB bank. Her areas of expertise include: strategic planning, business process reengineering, budget and cost management and financial analysis. R. Gucu holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Vilnius University and a Master’s degree in Business Management from ISM University of Management and Economics.
