Previously leading Polish Commercial delivery, as Sales Director responsible for topline and initiative delivery across all channels in Poland. Including work with customers like: Allegro, Biedornka, Rossmann and Lidl. Throughout his career Mateusz, heeded development and implementation of CE sales strategy for Fabric Care brands like Ariel, VIzir and Lenor. Delivered pricing, in store and online customer experience including channel strategy revision and conceptual selling transition.
